Ideally through the UN, or independently if the US vetoed it,
could not France, Germany
and Russia send a contingent of peacekeeping troops to Iraq to
support the inspectors and
shield them from US attack so that they can continue their good
work and keep the US
threats of invasion from disrupting them?
